Position: Chief Nursing Officer

Location: Bronx, NY 10461

⏳ Duration: 3 months (High possibility of extension!)

⏰ Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

As the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), you’ll be at the forefront of strategic leadership, quality improvement, and nursing innovation within our hospital. Your expertise in healthcare management, clinical excellence, and team empowerment will shape our culture and drive outstanding patient outcomes.

✔ Develop and implement nursing strategies that align with our mission

✔ Lead high-performing teams in delivering exceptional evidence-based patient care

✔ Optimize resource allocation and improve patient care systems

✔ Foster mentorship and professional growth for nursing staff

✔ Drive patient safety, satisfaction, and operational efficiency

✔ Represent nursing interests at the executive level

What We’re Looking For:

✔ RN License (Primary Source Verification required)

✔ Master’s required.

✔ 7+ years of experience (5+ in a supervisory role)

✔ Strong expertise in EHR systems, analytics, and healthcare management

✔ Proven leadership in driving change, optimizing care models, and fostering team growth
