About the preceptor Daphney is looking for:

Located near New York, NY.

The preceptor must meet the following requirements:
- Must have an active, current, unencumbered, unrestricted RN license.
- Must hold a Master’s Degree in Nursing or another related advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, MSL, MPH) with the completion date included on their resume.
- A minimum of 2 years of current work experience in a leadership position, either at a clinical or academic site.
- Must have a minimum of 3 months in their current leadership role at their current employer, with dates included on their resume.
- The site must be a health organization.
- The current leadership role should include direct report oversight.
- The role must also involve budget management as one of their responsibilities.
- The preceptor should be both experientially and academically prepared.
- They should be able to provide opportunities to work with other healthcare leaders to enhance the practicum experience.
- Preceptor must be able to provide an educational experience that meets the overall practicum objective and my personal learning objectives.
- The individual must be willing and have available time to assist and serve as a resource during the practicum.
